Dr. Ryan R. Rutschilling was raised in Celina, OH and graduated from Celina High School in 2011. After high school, he attended Capital University double majoring in Chemistry and Biochemistry. In 2015, he graduated summa cum laude from Capital with a bachelor’s degree and continued on to The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Rutschilling graduated magna cum laude from the OSU College of Optometry in 2019 with a doctorate of optometry degree.
After optometry school, he began a two-year Cornea and Contact Lens Fellowship at Ohio State. In 2021, he completed his Fellowship and received a master of science degree in vision science. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Ohio Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and is currently pursuing his fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. He resides in Celina with his wife, Abbey.
